I always went for DR in rutland location because its closer to my place and work place, i love the food, always hot and fresh,... everytime i'd ordered in DT, mornings and evenings mostly i am there i am very satisfied with the morning staff they are verynice and friendly trained well and awesome fries are always fresh... evenings staff are worst always rude they're always in arush in taking order, even we didnt finish our order yet the worst thing is theyre not paying attention for what weve order asalways thats why ive always checked my order before i go as always missing sauce even you already told them while ordering inthe speaker never asked what the customers need for the order ...as a manager of fast food all i can say is they need moretraining...and go back to the module focus on how to greet the customers when they entered DT take a proper order then repeatonce again if the orders correct.. This restaurant is always making ppl sick. Went in last time and ordered a pouting. The gravey was rancid. Absolutely rancid.... Went in to return it and Management said "it's a new gravey". Went through the drive through and order a Caesar sales with a Chilli, chicken sandwich with a fries and a kids mean. Parked out... front to eat and the chilli is missing. We call to let them know we are missing our chilli, they inform us that the meals havefries. We told them that isn?t what we ordered. I say I?m out from and if they could bring me what I ordered. I wait 5 minutes.Call back and they say I got what I paid for and if I want a chilli I can go inside and pay for it. I said I didn?t get what Iordered, you messed up the order. After arguing they finally say they will bring me the chilli and they want the fries back, Isaid that?s fine as I didn?t want them anyway. Just argumentative and rude. Refused to fix their mistake until I called andargued multiple times. Then instead of the manger coming out to talk to me, they send a worker. Picture is my ceaser salad. Looked pretty light on the fill. Put the dressing in shook it up and look at that. 3 bites. What a... value. I complained but they all ran off and pointing at a girl that I pressume was the manager. I showed her this and she justwalked away. No fixing the issue she's just gone. No verbal communication. This was okay seem like all the employees were working hard. Although after ordering and server repeating back three times our... order and the way that we ordered it.
