We order from here quite often but tonight was not there best- they were over an hour and half late - I have kids and was not... expecting to have to eat at almost 8:30 at night! And when we finally got the food it was cold- no one likes cold Chinese food!Not that it was expected but a discount on the order would have been nice considering they were so late! Sadly this is not firsttime but the food is good so we keep trying but unfortunately I think my family and I will move on to a different Chineserestaurant. For people who live in glenmore the new empress is amazing and I suggest ordering from there! Read more
Ordered Chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, and chicken balls. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Not a single piece of good chicken in... all orders, it's all either extremely chewy and fatty, or sinewy and unchewable. The fried rice tasted a week old and has noflavour except pepper, which is odd. I highly recommend going elsewhere. We ended up throwing it all out as I wouldnt even feedthis rubbish to an animal. Maybe they just had a bad day with us, but it was the worst Chinese Food we've ever had. The dry garlic ribs were soft, pink,... mildly warm, spongy, grisly and tasteless. The chow mein was dry and had no onions or bean sprouts in it... and the sweet andsour pork was no better. The only thing good was the fast service. We were eating it within 15 minutes of picking it up, andthen throwing it all away 15 minutes after that. We then went to the Train Station Pub and got a 5 star meal. Read more
