Not Just McDonald's, but food quality at most fast food stores has gone down hill. And this new generation of servers don't care... as much. Because of this, I avoid eating fast food as much as in the past. It's sad. Read more
The store is very understaffed which results in very long lines at the drive through and very upset people. I watched someone... take out the cone blocking the other lane which led to a chain of events of other people using the previously closed lane whichthen resulted in 3 cars behind us getting ahead of us and taking even longer. Store had 15 minutes to close. I've been on the road all day and planned to be able to eat here at the end of the day. Doors... were locked. A gentleman came up. I said we have 10 mins can i please just grab some thing. Laughed at me and walked off. Notprofessional by any means. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend coming here. The restaurant was generally clean. Someone had spilled water on the counter and the worker almost put my food bag into the... spilled water not once, but three times. When I told them there was spilled water, they laughed at me. I never saw it get wipedup. They have kiosks inside that they require you to create your own order and pay at the kiosk. This process can befrustrating and encourages me to go through the drive thru. It?s McDonald?s, so the food is mostly what you would expect. I amvery thankful and appreciative they were open thanksgiving morning. I would easily make the choice to go back to thisrestaurant. I don?t make a habit of eating fast food, but it?s great when I?m on busy. Read more
