Not Just McDonald's, but food quality at most fast food stores has gone down hill. And this new generation of servers don't care... as much. Because of this, I avoid eating fast food as much as in the past. It's sad. Read more
The store is very understaffed which results in very long lines at the drive through and very upset people. I watched someone... take out the cone blocking the other lane which led to a chain of events of other people using the previously closed lane whichthen resulted in 3 cars behind us getting ahead of us and taking even longer. Store had 15 minutes to close. I've been on the road all day and planned to be able to eat here at the end of the day. Doors... were locked. A gentleman came up. I said we have 10 mins can i please just grab some thing. Laughed at me and walked off. Notprofessional by any means. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend coming here. Waited in drive through for almost 30 mins at 2pm. Then had to get drive through employees attention just to order. Employee... taking payments was so slow that she was holding up long, long line. By the time I got to pick-up window there were multipleorders "laid out", ready to go. When I picked up my order my fries were cold and the ice that should be in my cup was almost nonexistent. I imagine because the gal taking payments was so slow. Don't stop here off the freeway if you're in a hurry! Read more
Well everybody knows the story about the milkshake incidents that go on in McDonald's had to bend three or four years ago I... thought but once again I tried to order a milkshake at 12:30 in the afternoon and I was told that there are no milkshakesbecause it was being cleaned! Hahaha I thought that was an old story why don't you guys just say that you have no milkshakesanymore instead of lying but anyways so I decided to get a Coke instead and ended up being a Diet Coke and I know what you'rethinking maybe they miss heard but no I checked the receipt and it's clearly stated to Coke not Diet Coke so anyways notsurprised in the slightest pretty much the norm anymore Read more

The restaurant was generally clean. Someone had spilled water on the counter and the worker almost put my food bag into the... spilled water not once, but three times. When I told them there was spilled water, they laughed at me. I never saw it get wipedup. They have kiosks inside that they require you to create your own order and pay at the kiosk. This process can befrustrating and encourages me to go through the drive thru. It?s McDonald?s, so the food is mostly what you would expect. I amvery thankful and appreciative they were open thanksgiving morning. I would easily make the choice to go back to thisrestaurant. I don?t make a habit of eating fast food, but it?s great when I?m on busy. Read more
