We drove a long way just to eat good food at Panera bread and we?re so happy that at least the drive through was open. However... when we received the food we had a Mac n cheese missing and no utensils for any salads or soups. We went through the drivethrough a second time (15 min wait behind two cars) Jessica who helped us two times was snappy and did not apologize for any ofthe mistakes. She just handed us the missing food. By this time ofcourse the rest of our food was cold. The worst customerservice experience we?ve ever had. She needs to be fired immediately. Read more
Very clean and helpful staff the treats and prices are good too. Not much GF though
They were out of several of the ingredients that made the different items on the menu, but they had good things that could... replace those items. That's why the four stars. The food was quite excellent. It was the first time any of us had eaten there.Will definitely be back to Panera near us. Read more
First visit to Panera & was an excellent experience. Great customer service, many choices from the menus, great prices,... delicious sandwiches & many varieties of condiments, sauces, meat, cheese&more. enjoy the pictures of videos. The atmosphere wascalm &quiet @approximately 1 p.m. Visit 3 years later, elder folks waiting4 service, no one avail. 5 minutes later line of 3....we ordered on app. Rude girl from kitchen came out as guy asked for his smoothie wow! Paid $15 for this half sandwich and mac and cheese with what is about a tablespoon of chicken salad. The bread side was hard as... a rock. The mac and cheese was great. I was so sad about this. I?m having trouble finding a customer service place to report. Ijust don?t understand how the price is that high for such a tiny portion. Read more
First time going to a Panera and the last. Paid $25 for a Sandwich and Salad and waited 27mins when they weren't even that... busy. This is the sandwich they gave me. They just slapped both tomatoes on top of each other instead of spreading them out,didn't even cut the middle out of them, and put two of the smallest pieces of bacon on each half. The bread was so thin thatevery time i'd try to take a bite, sauce would ooze out from the bread and coat my hands. Lastly, the piece of bread that camewith it as a side was the hardest, most bland piece of bread i've ever had. I?m not one to normally leave reviews but my experience was horrible with Panera Bread. So I seen a commercial advertising a... chicken sandwich that looked really good. On my way home from work I decided to grab one for me and my wife for dinner. I wentthrough the drive-thru to place my order and with only 5 cars ahead of me, it took 45 minutes from the time I placed my orderuntil I received it. Not only was that bad, the price for 2 sandwiches was $25 and my food was cold and looked nothing like thecommercial. Save you money and time and go elsewhere. Read more
