I decided to take my wife to lunch today. So I took a half day off from work. So we went to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. My wife got... the 20 peace shrimp. And I ordered the Forrest’s Seafood Feast. Well my plate was not exactly a feast. The fish was ok kind ofsmall and thin the shrimp nice but it didn’t make up for the fish. I was very impressed with my visit to this location. We had a large party of about 18 and the manager did a great job of... getting us seated in a timely manner. Shawn and Alec were both awesome. Shawn entertained our kids with magic tricks as wewaited for our food which was really cool! They were so impressed. And Alec was working the bar and serving our table and hewas on it. The food came out hot and fresh and everybody was pleased with the service and the quality. If you are in thisarea, I highly recommend this location. Took a large group of 60 students there for a group dinner on Wednesday, and it went as smooth as it could've gone! The managers... Alex and Morgin made sure they had everything setup, and were super professional and friendly! Our servers Becky, Melissa, andPaige truly were superstars! They were super fast, and very attentive with the entire group. Food was really good, especiallythe shrimp! It took just over an hour to server 60 people, and everyone enjoyed the Bubba Gump Trivia. As a former waitress the staff here can definitely use more training on customer service! The dudes in the front putting up... merchandise were awesome though! My family was seated and waited 20 mins before our waitress even acknowledged us!!! The foodwas good although there wasn’t a huge selection. the wait was almost fifty minutes & once we were seated didn't understand why the wait when it was clean empty tables... everywhere. I ordered the seafood hush puppies as an appetizer & immediately was disappointed when they arrived. THEY HADLITERALLY NO SEAFOOD IN THEM! it was bread & corn.. Sent those right back & removed from our bill. Nasty & disgusting ????...Ordered a Cesar salad with grilled shrimp & my partner ordered fish & chips. I enjoyed my salad despite the shrimp being cold. The fish was bland and he only ate the fries...We wouldn't recommend this location or restaurant to anyone not even if it wasfree. Read more
Everything I've had from the menu is delicious. Drinks and desserts also good. On some drinks you get a souvenir cup. Gumbo is a... must try. Patio has nice view and also the indoor area. Read more
Great place to eat during the boat show. Server was great, the manager had his team organized and working for their money, their... were a few slackers but he got them back on track. Kids these days don't want to be pushed for some reason, they work at theirown pace. Read more
It was a very disappointing experience. Calamari wasn't fried all the way through. I got the Forrest seafood feast and the... portion was huge which was the only plus. The coleslaw was bitter, the pomegranate mojito was for sure on the top 5 worstalcoholic beverages I have ever ordered anywhere. To top it off we were sitting right underneath an AC vent and the condensationwas dripping on my wife's head and shirt. Our server was nice just very busy, no water refills at all. We ate for about 10minutes with the empty appetizer plates on the table. I love the story behind it because of the movie. That's about it! IWouldn't recommend this place or be back. Read more
