I have never been to a Landry's before and I am very impressed. Of course you have almost 360 degree views of the bay that are... hard to beat. We got seated right away, you have different servers to take care of all your needs, the portion sizes are enoughto make the prices worth it, and it is delicious! It is pretty much a fine dining experience without having to be dressed to thenines. If you are coming to the Boardwalk, I definitely would choose Landry's above the others...did I mention you can watch theboats coming in and out of the harbor? Read more
While waiting on my sister-in-law, my wife and her two cousins stopped here and had cocktails and some appetizers. The bartender... kept up with us and was very attentive. The ambiance next to the water was a fun touch and the surrounding park noise wasactually drowned out even though we were outside on the patio area. I ordered the Old but Fashionable, and it tasted smooth!Really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed my experience here and the service was great. If I were to give any criticism it would bethat the zucchini fries were soggy. I don't know how to make them, but perhaps there's a better way to cook the water out beforefrying it? We had our baseball banquet on the second floor. From the first phone call to closing down shop it was an uncomplicated process.... Keith was amazing and patient with my what seemed like a thousand questions. The serving staff that was responsible for us werean absolute delight. The food was absolutely delicious. Good place to go. Reservation is highly recommended. I got us a reservation at 7pm and the place was pretty packed. Steady... flow of people coming in and out. We got a window view of the Bay which was really nice. Food was good, a little overcooked,but we had an awesome server named Trevor who made the time and experience enjoyable. I am a vegan, and someone in my family chose to celebrate their birthday here. I usually don’t order anything when my family... goes to seafood places or steakhouses anymore, because I don’t want to make the staff go to any extra trouble trying to figureout something for my diet. I’ve had a lot of experiences in the past at other restaurants where nobody knew what a vegan dietwas, didn’t quite know what to do, and couldn’t tell me if something was vegan or not. My experience here at Landry’s wasso far beyond my expectations, and I was just absolutely delighted. I really, really want to thank our excellent server Heatherand the kitchen staff for actually giving me an opportunity to eat with my family today. Heather was so incredibly sweet, shehad talked things over with the people in the kitchen, and they quickly came up with a delicious, wonderful meal. (Angel hairpasta in a garlic and oil sauce with lots of vegetables.) Thank you all very much for being so wonderful and accommodating tothis vegan in your seafood establishment; it really means a lot to me. This kind of service is really rare. I have only had tworestaurants create a vegan meal (not just sides) for me since 1998, and Landry’s in Kemah is one of them. We had a great time last night. The fried shrimp was good. We were sat at the big window and loved the view. I was a bit... surprised that very few staff wore masks and the one that did had her nose sticking out. Read more
One of the best seafood restaurants on Kemah! Lots of options on the menu to try from. Loved the almond crusted platter it was... my favorite out of all the dishes I tried. Loved the seafood pasta too. Be ready for some wait but the place is huge with a niceoutdoor seating too and the lines move faster than what they tell you. Will be back to try more items!! Read more
Everything was so delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. They didn't put many chips on our plate for the crab dip so the... waitress brought more out to us without us having to ask. All 4 of us enjoyed everything we ordered. I had a hurricane and ittasted just like a hurricane should. Read more
