Order isn't correct. This is a regular thing. Made a point to pay for extra items and did not receive original item. Carhop was... friendly and the person taking orders was nice. Order was not repeated back to me. Receive incorrect drink, however the carhopwas quick to make me a coke opposed to the root beer. Bathroom had no toilet tissue (7:40 am) and floor, toilet, sink anysurface really was absolutely disgusting. Read more
They put everything I didn't ask for on the hamburger and the bun was soggy!! Plus, the fries had about 2 pounds of salt on... them. I wish you could give them a one-star rating. Read more
We ordered ahead and arrived shortly after ordering. It was after 9pm, we identified the kiosk in the app and sat by said kiosk... at the outdoor tables. The store was busy but after twenty minutes waiting at the outdoor tables they finally came out askingif we had been helped. We said we had a mobile order and they said oh sorry we had that ready a while ago but didn?t know whereyou were. The burgers were over cooked and and crunchy. They weren?t even hot. The burrito had sat long enough that the Fritoswere mushy and barely Luke warm, yuck. We also ordered blasts. They certainly were not blasts, it was basically vanilla icecream with toppings. They weren?t mixed at all. Furthermore, they didn?t even have all the toppings in the blast. This sonic hasbeen the worst ever. This is not the first time we have had trouble at this location in Kemp TX. It will be the last timethough, we won?t be back. Read more
The young lady at the window was courteous and clearly repeated my order back to me, made sure I had my total and offered a... receipt. I would've given them 5 stars, but they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Maybe whoever made the batchesaccidentally switched the lines. I'll definitely return again. Read more
We went for shakes. Took 25 min to get to our car. Poor girl was the only car hop there running her butt off. She was the only... good thing about our visit. By the time the shakes got to us that were melted. The manager should have helped out and run ordersor better yet schedule enough staff for the business. Read more
Service is best I?ve had at sonic and food has been fresh every time so far. Just moved to area and have been to this location a... number of times in last month or so and it?s been really great. Lots of reviews saying otherwise but just go and tryit. Specifically what I?ve liked: - quick answer when you press the button at stall - they repeat entire order to you and don?trush you - food is delivered in a reasonable time - food is hot and organized - they repeat the order in person before handingit to you - both in person and on speaker they are very friendly - the property and building are very clean - great playgroundfor our 6 and 3 year old that is fenced in with tables This has all happened consistently. There was this one little gal there that was busting her buns. I was absolutely Blown Away by her politeness and punctuality.... She was pretty much the only person there besides the cook the food was perfect it was not soggy like the ones and seven pointsand Mabank Sonic those place need to be totally wiped out compared to the store in Kemp. I will most definitely Drive from gunbarrel all the way to camp just to get Sonic. Great job guys. Read more
