The chicken was nasty! It was like chunks of chicken ends molded together so that it resembled chicken legs and thighs. Was very... disappointing. Meat had weird coloration throughout. We couldn't finish it because we were disgusted. Read more

I have tried ordering from this place three times now. First, they were just closed all day. Second time, the drive-thru wait... time was like 30 - 45 minutes and the third time, they're closed again. They put their "new" hours on the window but it doesn'tmatch the times on Google. Complete waste of my time. Read more

This is a message specifically to the owner, because the staff were incredibly kind and courteous: Increase your staffing. I... know fast food joints are having to compete hard these days for employees, but you legitimately can?t operate a restaurantwithout staff. Two employees total for a lunch rush on a Friday. One is taking orders at front cash while also having to takeorders for not one but TWO drive thru lanes. The other employee is the only one available to make food. I spent 25 minutes inthe drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me, and I?m confident that?s no fault of the two hard working employees who wereworking their tails off the keep things moving. Seriously, what happens when one of them needs to go on break or lunch? If thestaffing levels today were that bad, you or a manager should be hopping back there to help, not sitting on your laptop in thefront. Having enough staff is critical to your restaurant staying in business, and it appears that this KFC location reallyisn?t prioritizing that. Read more

Store manager Caitlin was extremely unprofessional and rude. After going through drive thru I was parked to wait for my order.... When the order was brought to my car, it was missing the salad and gravy. I went inside the store where the employeeacknowledged my issue. Caitlin the manager then aggressively approached me and told me she put the gravy on-top, and claim I mayhave been given coleslaw, but I was definitely given salad. (I have attached a photo showing what was in the bag). Afteraccusing me about lying about my order she proceeded to tell me "go ahead and email corporate, all they do is send the complaintto me the manager." When I explained my situation she angrily gathered the items brought them to the counter again accused me oflying and told me the conversation was over. Read more

The chicken pieces during the opening weeks were bigger. They have since shrunk. Still chicken and fries are very tasty.... Service is good. The thighs are so small. I have attached a picture. ** I have to decrease it to 3 stars. The pieces areshrinking even more. The drumstick looks like somebody tore (ate) off a chunk - a part is missing. I have attached apicture. ** I am increasing it to 4 stars. Taste is as good. The chicken pieces are now bigger. ** The chicken pieces arebigger and juicy. The potato salad very good.
