Ordered meat lover with onions mushrooms and green peppers pizza had hardly any toppings got 4 dipping sauces first bite was a... metallic taste hubby got it too then the struts!! Absolute joke of a company, told me one hour for delivery took over 2. When discussing with employee/manager he took ten dollars... off of a $112 delivery. Would not recommend this establishment even if it was the last place on earth to eat. If I could giveless stars I would. Thanks for nothing ???? Read more
Spaghetti and meat sauce came as linguini and marinara. Steak sub had an actual staple in it, and didn't impress me one... bit. Obviously, this place* doesn't care about customer satisfaction. *Sadly, not all Milano's are created equal. Read more
Sadly, 1 star doesn't even cut it. We have had too many bad experiences consecutively ordering from this location. Today took... the cake. It's important to know we order basically the same thing every time we order. This time specifically our chickenceaser salad came with no dressing and barely any chicken. The chicken that was in the salad was so hard and dry. The donaircame with again the driest meat that was also kinda of hard like it had been sitting and maybe reheated to be put on thesandwich. Here's my favorite part.. we ordered boneless wings with sauce on side. What came was regular wings sauce on the side.So I called to let them know that the wings were incorrect as well as we did not get any salad dressing (since I did expect ourwings to be corrected) they asked us to return the wings we got in error. Fine. That is fair I didn't want those kind, however,they said they are not sending any sauce and to take it out of the container. When the new wings arrived (without saladdressing) they were also over cooked and rock solid. This will be the last time we waste our money at this location. I haveheard they have new owners and I can say all the staff seems different aswell. Hopefully they read these reviews and change upthe quality and services before they end up having to close doors. Since the new ownership took over a couple months ago this location has snowballed and dropped straight off a sheer... cliff! Don?t bother ever ordering a sub from this location, IF they manage to get it right (8 of last 10 had to be remade)it?ll be mostly lettuce. Pizza has never really been that great, not terrible like Mr Mozzarella or Capilanos but still notgreat. Cheese is low quality and they pile it on, had a couple times the dough was a bit undercooked, not unsafe just notenjoyable. Now that?s not location specific it the brand. IF you order a pizza ask for light cheese and it?ll likely be fairlydecent. I have over 10 years experience specifically with pizza restaurants(Pizza Hut, Little Caesar?s, Dominos, and 2 otherlocal shops in the GTA) and after the last two orders 1 nasty pizza about 2 weeks ago and constant mistakes, I?ll never returnto this location ever again. I would refuse free food from them, the new ownership has little to no clue how to makepizza. There are many other options, want a sub go to subway, pizza go to dominos or Little Caesar?s, shawarma go to jj?s,wings go to shoeless joes, chicken go to A&W or KFC IF it?s open(which it rarely is). This used to be one of my favourite places to go- but sadly had 2 bad experiences in a row that have ruined them for me. First... time my friends and I ordered a simple combo and made sure to have them read it back- got charged for everything but revived 70%of what we ordered. Second time they took an hour and 50 minutes to deliver it- then said they ?sent the driver? to our housethat is 5 minute away and he didn?t arrive until 20 minutes later. I ordered a large double cheese and pepperoni pizza. The cost as usual was high and I was charged 9.00 to deliver. With tip just... short of 50.00. I read my receipt and they charged me 1.50 for using debit. The delivery girl was lost, couldn't find my road.When she did , she drove by my house. The pizza was Luke warm and didn't look like double cheese. Last time I will order fromthem. Read more
