Had a regular coffee which was as always tasty. This time I had some of the naked good and I was so impressed with the flavour,... freshness and cost. My favourite was the Lemon loaf but the cinnamon square was equally as delicious. Read more

I was here on a day it was so busy! They were short staffed and the batista was moving so quickly memorizing the next step to... her drink. She never stopped smiling the whole time. She was a joy to watch and even took the time to ha e a little chat despitethe fact it was insanely busy. Read more

I've been to many Starbucks. The service on this place is deplorable. Is it the staff? They are what there Manager is. And it's... time for them to make a career change. Your drive through backs up, your staff are not properly trained for volume, and youdon't care enough about your work ethic. Get it together, or go work at Macdonalds to get better training. I had a really unpleasant experience today sitting at the very long table right across from the owner and who appeared to be a... manager. They spent ten minutes criticizing their younger employees right in front of me about poor work ethic and wanting totake too much vacation time. Talking about employees like that right in front of customers gave me a bad impression of thestore. I don?t know that I?ll be going there to order coffee or do computer work anymore. Read more

Terrible service not only do they make my drink wrong 90% of the time the customer service is usually aweful. So frustrating to... have to go back 2 times and still get my drink made wrong , there is no consistency and it?s a waste of gas. Not to mentioneverytime that I go my drink is a different price sometimes I?m getting charged for oat milk others not at all and I?m orderingthe same drink everytime , why is that ? Didn?t have the drink I ordered on the app (no lemonade) and didn?t offer me anything of similar value as I ordered the largest... size. They have done this to me 5+ times with not having stuff available. That?s fine but don?t make it available on the app.Then I asked for a refund and they put it on a gift card, not the card I paid with. Every other Starbucks keeps their appproperly updated, I would suggest they do this if you?re not gonna give people their money back properly. Read more

Amazing customer service and attention to food/drink. I come here every few days, and just want to note that today was by far... the best because of one outstanding younger employee. I?m not sure what their name is, but a teen/young adult with red/orangehair took and served my order. I forgot to ask to redeem stars and he apologized (even though it was my fault). I do have to saythat although he did everything right, a woman in the background who appeared to be in her mid to late 20?s, possibly even 30?swith dark hair shook her head and said something. The younger employees demeanour completely changed. Their shoulders hunchedforward, their smile faltered and you could see that it hit their confidence and made what seemed like a hard morning, evenharder. I felt compelled to write this review in the hopes that the younger employee see this. You did everything right, evenwhen it was my fault you took the blame. I hope your day gets better and I left the store a $2 tip, I hope you get some or allof it. I know it?s not much but I hope that it helps your day out a bit. I think a bit of sensitivity training for the womanwith the dark hair is needed because of the effect she has on others. It was a busy busy morning today and everyone wastired/cranky but this younger employee handled it like a pro. Give them a raise. Read more
