Never had an issue here, not the best subway I?ve been to or the worst. Food always seems fresh and service is relatively quick.
I've never written a review before but this Subway is the worst one I've ever been too.
Awful experience. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 2 girls working, mocking our orders and mumbling... to eachother about the customers. Would never reccomend eating here, saw one of the girls rub their nose with their hands thenmake a sandwich. Absolute joke. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! First of all, there were two female employees who were... EXTREMELY rude and treated me very horribly. They were talking to me as if I did a horrible thing by coming in and orderingfood. It was clear they did not want me in the store at all. I do not expect for them to be nice and cheerful but at the veryleast they should treat you with the minimal degree of respect. The two girls also talk trash and judge other people for doingabsolutely nothing other than simply ordering food from the subway. This is no way to treat a customer. Second of all, theyprovide very small portions of meat AND toppings on the sub. Beware of asking for any extra lettuce or tomato or else they willgive you dirty looks and throw a fit of rage. Even though you are entitled to ask for extra veggies. Once again I heavilysuggest that you do not go to this subway unless you want a terrible experience. There are many other options in kemptville. This falls in my top 3 worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I visited on Saturday November 20th at... around 2pm. My complaints include: ? The two staff working there were extremely rude and grouchy. It seemed to be a massiveinconvenience that I was ordering a sub. ? The staff made several rude comments about various customers. For example, a fewcustomers entered the store while I was placing my order. One said to the other, "I guess you won't be able to do your homeworktoday, Brittany." It is not anyone's fault but your own that you are working a job that prevents you from doing your homework. ?A man walked into the store and very politely asked for his order to be fixed since the staff made an error. They rolled theireyes in plain sight and mocked him when he was out of earshot. ? They did not change their gloves in between orders despitecashing out and dealing with non-food. I didn't feel I could ask them to change their gloves due to their poor attitude andgrouchy demeanor. ? My vegetarian sub tasted like tuna. Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before I went. I now see thatmultiple people have made similar complaints. I hope that the managers of this store read these reviews and take action as thispattern of behaviour is unacceptable. Read more
Went there tonight for supper. Went in at 6pm with my husband and son. I have to say that the 2 girls that were working tonight... had some of the absolute worst customer service we have ever encountered anywhere. Not a single friendly word, hair all in theone girls face...My son asked for extra green olives and it was like the end of the world for her to do this added with an eyeroll...We always loved going to this location, we have never had anything bad to say about it but oh my god! If you are going towork in an establishment that deals with customers then learn to at least fake a smile. Won't be going back to that location.???? Read more
Very good subs here. I particularly like the tuna salad sub. There are only 2 staff here but they are extremely efficient so... we don?t have to wait long. This restaurant is more spacious than the one on the other side of kemptville. One con is they giveyou very little cheese. Still I?m going to give it a 5-star. Read more
