i was here at 10:30pm and i?m a regular, coming late from volunteering. i ordered a lemonade and a donut and the one worker,... CHRIS, was so rude. he kept silently cussing customers out though the headset and he was very angry. i do not recommend goingwhile he?s there because i felt very threatened by his behaviour. he has pokey hair and a dangley earring. keep your eye out Read more

1pm on a Tuesday went inside instead of drive thru, there was one person infront of me in the line waited 10 minutes for someone... to take their order at the counter once their order was taken another 10 minute wait, by this point the lineup went from 1person to 6 and by the time someone came to the counter to take my order 2 people in the lineup had already given up and left,all in all if you have half an hour to 45 minutes to wait for your food it?s pretty good for ?fast? food but if you need coffeeor food quickly I?d avoid this Tim hortons the new timmies in Kars is significantly better in all regards. At 8 pm this past Saturday, I walked in rather than going through the drive through. After ten minutes of waiting, not one line... up person had been served, I do not blame the young staff. There was 1 on the drive through orders and 1 for walk ins. Thisplace is seriously understaffed. I walked out, walked over to the McDonald's and was in and out in under a minute. What is not to love ??? There is a growing number of coffee heroes and angles at that location (Kris, Nancy, Ajay, Emma and her... brother etc?) that make it worth the trip. Never forget these hard working individuals are not just serving coffee but happinessas well. Read more
Coffee good as always. Mini strudels are 3 for $0.50 with any beverage purchase. After the promotion period they will be $0.40... each. They are crispy and tasty but they are not worth $0.40 each. There?s a nice fireplace inside. I really enjoyed it nowthat it?s cold outside. Read more
The smell inside is too much, it sticks to your clothes. I wish they can improve the ventilation so I can spend more time inside... to work/study. Read more
