Breakfast closes at 10:00am, not 10:30am like it should. Given the wrong food (fries during breakfast time). French toast was... old and stale. Handed exploded ketchup packets. If you have old food that is after the shelf life then don't serve it tocustomers. Skip this place. Read more
Experienced the most rude and nasty server I have ever encountered here! I told her she was being unnecessarily rude when she... dismissively took our order and was very curt with her questions/responses. Her response to me was an attitude-filled,head-snapping, "Yeah, I am!" Then, she kept glaring at me as we waited for our order. She was absolutely disgusting and anincredibly poor representation of professionalism. The food was sub-par, but you can kind of expect that at a rest stop. The lady taking my order couldn't understand anything I was ordering. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with a sweet tea and... baconator fries. She ends up adding another tea every though I told her 3 times the tea was with the combo meal. So then she hadto get someone else to come over so she could give me a refund. Then the sandwich I ordered I told her when I ordered and whenshe repeated the order back to me, only ketchup. When I received the finally received the food it has everything on it and whenI bit into the burger it was still ice cold. Used to be a place to go for a hamburger.. but their chicken sandwich is a better value and not as greasy... Unless that's what... the bun is for? The Frosty machine will never let you down.. Read more
Horrible customer service. I had two people ahead of me in line. It still took 18 minutes to get my order. You would think the... food would be hot. The girl taking the orders would not help with anything else and the manager acted like she had to go out ofher way to correct the problem. I never seen such a poor operating restaurant. It is a great concept for rest stop, didn't like that you had to order off a specific menu and cannot alter your order. Does NOT... have a kid menu. People take road trips with children too. Read more

Standard fast food really. It was hot and convenient. If you have had Wendy's before is probably the same stuff you are used to.
