Food was cold today and prior to today. I have been waiting to see if service was going to get better. This used to be me and my... niece favorite place to come and catch up but here lately they are in the SAME BOAT AS MCDONALD'S with me. I ordered thru drivethru got down the road to only find I have old cold fries and a cold Double cheeseburger. When I brought it back I gave it tothe Manger named Angie. I want you to know she had them re-drop the fries I brought back in and microwave the Doublecheeseburger to the point the chees was completely melted. ????????????TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Went through the drive-thru and they gave me the wrong order. I asked for a fisco sandwinch and they gave me a omlete combo.... This is probably the second time they've done this to me. Read more

Went to drive thru to order some breakfast. I ordered two sausage and egg biscuits, two omelet biscuits, two orders of hash... rounds, two cinnamon buns, and two sweet teas. What I got was One sausage and egg, one omelet biscuit, three cinnamon buns, twohash rounds and two teas. I went in to get my order correct and got a really bad attitude from the lady working in there. Sheacted as if I was lying. I showed her the receipt and so she was supposed to have corrected the order. She told me I could keepthe extra cinnamon bun. I reckon so I paid for it. When I got home to eat my omelet biscuits, they were just egg and cheese nomeet at all! Come on people get your act together.
