These cake's are ALWAYS delicious and worth the price. The baker was nice enough to write on the cake for a coworker birthday... which I didn't know they could do that. He kind of messed up on the birthday part np ???? I know it's not easy writing w icing.This is my 2nd time coming to this particular location so I know they won't let me down. Read more

I go here every Thursday evening. The staff is always kind, pleasant, and always offers amazing service. Today, I witnessed a... customer attacking an employee. First, the lady started complaining about pecans. Then, she started telling the employees inthere that they are kids and they?re all crazy. I started recording the rude customer and I?m reporting it to the police forbullying. Those kids in there are always so pleasant and she was so out of line. She even had the poor kid crying. Then she hadthe nerve to write a review when she was in the wrong. Luckily I recorded the entire thing from the moment it started gettingout of hand. She?s lucky that wasn?t one of my kids because we would?ve had some problems. People attacking great service is whypeople don?t want customer service jobs. DONT COME HERE!! You will get Attitude and Aggressive behavior with your Ice Cream. The Rudest Staff. All I asked was that she... didn?t put a lot of pecans in my order and her Response was ?I heard you the first time?. She claims she serviced me ice creambefore and i told no she didn?t. She was nasty and yelling at me and rude. She had red hair. None of the other young ladiesoffered an apology for how she was acting. There was no manager on site. All i was trying to say to the ?young lady is that youdidn?t have to be so rude?, instead she was yelling at me and being very aggressive. I have been to this Coldstone many times and we really enjoy the ice cream here. Additionally, the staff are friendly and... helpful. Today, I tried one of their smoothies for the first time. I ordered the Blueberry Banana flavor. It is one of the bestsmoothies I?ve ever had. And it is the best fruit smoothie I?ve ever tasted! I know exactly what I?ll be getting when I go backnext time. I love cold stone but this branch left a bad taste. The service was very slow. They decided they they wanted to server three... different customers at the same time rather than complete orders in sequence. The ice cream was not solid enough and it took theserver enough time to create four icecream that first cup was completely melted. Server dropped the ice cream rather thanhanding it to me and conveniently charged me ( usually I pay for any spills but the balls to tell me it was my mistake is notsomething I have ever seen). Always a big fan of cold stone . Innovation in ice creams . Just love the original friuits blended with super good ice creams . ... Love their cake batter , cheesecake , chocolate ice creams . Service is quick too. They have ice cream cakes and tastes good.Parking is good outside . Lots of space .. when it gets crowded it takes time for billing . Overall a good experience.. Read more
