Drive thru isnt too bad of a wait, I'm not extremely apposed waiting a few 10 mins to get "freshly" made food! I deliver as an... independent Contractor and at times I'll do food, SO tell me why you would hand me 2 drinks knowing it's a dash without a drinkcarrier. The poorly kept uniform, unsmiling unfriendliest 'Hello', apparently on the lazy side, fast food worker needs areminder customer Excellence and POOR quality of 1 customer can go a long way. Also why at 10am aren't the doors open along withdrive thru because GAS is expensive, I save gas and time by going inside! Perhaps Arby's would like to help pay for my fueleach week ..?a more fuel efficient vehicle or the building for distribution,. The possibilities are endless as a new start updelivery driver perhaps BE MY Angel ???? Investor!?! I know dreams ...many:.. better fuel and better customer service thatactually ????????.. I always love getting home and finding out I spent $30 they didn't get a single thing right in the meal these people at this... location seem to be incompetent 4 beef and cheddars.. Very rude. The drive thru opperater seemed to not care he messed up 3 times. When they said it was good i got home and did not... have the right food. No sauce. Could not eat any of it. Messed up whole order. I called, talked to the assistant manager, shethey were more worried about the loss of product they would lose to my my $20 order. Then proceeded to tell me it was my fault iwaited til i got home to eat with my husband. Read more

The food was good looking inside the kitchen waiting for our order didn't look very appealing because of them being so short... staffed I think a lot of these restaurants need to offer part-time and full-time employees no matter what position they holdinsurance they would definitely get more help if the people had benefits I know if I owned restaurants like this and my peoplewould have insurance no matter what their position I really do not think that is fair you can't keep staff if there is nocoverage of any kind if they get hurt or anything especially on the job Read more
