I?ve never in my life met such a mean, hateful person- her name was Fawn. She yelled at me in the drive through and slammed the... window in our face. We were nothing but polite. Had a doordash they didnt have the meat so they were going to force me to cancel the manager thatbwas handling it got rude with... me like it was my fault they ran out and i chose to switch to different item i get there are policies and precedures u dont haveto be a rude u could just say hey cant do that and heres why rather then jumping straight into well ur a doordash so how about ujust cancel it and slamming the dashers phone down horrible person especially when i called back on my phone asking for amanager or customer support refused to get me that probably wont be getting anymore business from me because of this Read more

It?s a decent experience. It beats the Kendallville McDonald?s by a landslide. The waiting lines can still be a pain, but... getting to the drive through is more accessible than Kendallville?s McDonald?s I won?t lie the food is a bit overpriced forwhat you?re getting. Getting a whopper there is like eating a regular cheeseburger. Don?t just take two cheeseburgers if you?regoing to eat there or you?ll be disappointed. I'm not sure what I just bought. French fries taste like they were refried and tasted like it as well. My order was messed up... from the beginning. I ordered 40 nuggets and they did put a single sauce cup in my bags. It was a complete waste of time andmoney. Total disappointment. My whopper tasted as though it was sitting there all day. Go to BK when there's a coupon involved. Do like the frame broiled burgers compared to the flat grilled ones. Like ever other... place they were short on help. The manager on duty was fun and made the wait bearable as there was 2 school busses of kids whowere hungry too. Had a Whopper, fries and a drink. Both the burger and fries were hot, definitely a bonus. Will return whenthere's a coupon involved. Read more
