Food was good but menu isn't the same as a stand alone LJS. Very limited choices and smaller portions for the money.

One stop shop. Everything you need. Shrimp, chicken,fish, fries. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely be going back.

We entered the store to the employees standing in a circle laughing and having a good time. But the floors were greasy and... slick. We told them and they did nothing to clean the floors. We overheard other people tell them as well, but still nothing wasdone. Read more

Not too bad. I think they are just severely understaffed. The lobby is closed except for delivery orders and carry out. But it... was very very slow going through the drive through. The food was good and hot. Read more

The chicken planks smelled like rancid oil as soon as I opened the box they were in. Definitely not a smell you forget if you?ve... ever experienced it. Inedible. Their food used to be pretty good, but past two times I?ve had it there have been major problemswith the order. I ordered chicken sandwiches without pickles and mayo but they still came coated in it. However, therancid/old/completely disgusting oil on the last visit was the worst experience I?ve EVER had with fast food. Read more

Manager ???? that I dealt with is one reason why this particular store is not thriving. When you earn this kind of reputation in... a small town... In a recession...good luck. She argued with me about which ingredient was probably bad, made some "woke" excusefor why her employee couldn't possess even the most basic of customer service skills, and was just angry that she had to beaccountable for it all. Memorable, but not in a good way. Apologize for the length; I rarely leave a 1 star, but when I do I have something to... say. Employee that help me was SO inept. Almost felt sorry for him because it seemed like maybe it was his first job. -didn'tlock the bathroom door (And was using the wrong bathroom); wouldn't be surprised if he didn't wash his hands. -was texting whilehe helped me at the counter..the whole time. -asked me if I wanted fries (I did), but put in mashed potatoes. WORST OF ALL...RANCID OIL FOR THE FISH! Went back when I had time at the end of the day to complain to the manager. The manager denied; told methat the oil was perfectly fine (if you've tasted rancid oil, you know what rancid oil tastes like - so maybe don't tell thecustomer they don't know what they're talking about). She did offer up that it could have been that the batter was bad, she said"that happens a lot".(???? Ok, noted). When I told her about my experience with her employee, she just seemed agitated that shehad to deal with a complaint at all.. She never apologized once. When I added that he was texting on his phone the whole timeand that she should speak to him, she seemed angry with ME. When I ended it with, "and why was he even in the women'sbathroom?!" She responded by literally yelling at me: "HE'S TRANSGENDER!!!" These are single use bathrooms. What point isanyone trying to make going in a different bathroom when they are single use?! And if you are using a single-use bathroom andyou're doing it in the wrong one intentionally, then I think you could intentionally lock the door. (This young man did not looktransgender at all or I would not have asked that question.) It's almost as if this one Label (if it's even true) seemed toexcuse his inability to be a good employee on any level.
