Went thru drive thru. Food was ok. Lady at first window was really nice and the one at the second window didn't even speak.
McDonalds on Kendallville is a disappointment. Friday I ordered a PLAIN double quarter pounder meal. So what do they give me?... One with everything on it. Called and politely ask for a credit under my name for the next time. So they did. Went in today(Saturday) to get the same meal. PLAIN. So what do they do? Not only do they give me the same thing they did Friday, but theyadded so much salt to it that it physically made me sick to my stomach. Vomitted 3 different times on the way home, andeverywhere when I finally got home. You'd think they'd do something about it, right? I won the food lottery!!! I pulled in late, around 10:15 pm, so I wasn't expecting super fast service, but I was starving and... was just happy they were open late in this post covid world. They were experiencing a late rush, but I was hopeful they couldhandle it quickly and efficiently. My hopes died as I waited, and waited, and waited, somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes toget my turn at the window. When my time finally arrived the girl smiled politely, she was friendly and oddly chipper as shehanded me my drink and a bag of food. Something inside my knew it was just that... a bag of food, having nothing to do with whatI ordered. As I reached into the mystery bag my frown was unexpectedly turned upside down. I had ordered the $3 bundle, adouble cheeseburger, small fries, and a medium Coke. The first item I retrieved in the dark of my car was a large fry... goodstart. Next I felt the hard cardboard box of a large sandwich, not the paper wrapper of a double cheeseburger, but what could itbe? In my now famished state, you can imagine my gleeful surprise when I opened it to find the Mac Daddy of all Mcburgers, adouble quarter pounder with cheese! So yeah, you made me wait forever to eat, and you did screw up my order, but in theabsolute most advantageous way, so 3 stars. Read more

I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and they asked me to pull into parking spot and wait for 1 McDouble and 2 frappes. The... woman at the window talked way to fast to completely understand. When she saw the look on my face she said pull forward andclosed the drive thru window. Poor service in my option. Read more
Tonight I chose to purchase a Bacon McDouble for $2.69, instead of my usual McDouble which is $1.79. So for an extra 90 cents I... was somewhat surprised when the bacon on my sandwich literally measured 1.5 inch long by 3/4 inch wide. Absurd to call thissandwich a ?bacon? McDouble. Read more
New experience at this McDonald's, ordering is done through an automated system. First time doing this so it was a learning... experience. Over all not a bad place but there were several dirty tables and during the entire time we were there ( about 20 -30 minutes) no one cleaned any of them. Read more
I went only for the McRib. Waited in line, ordered and was told no McRibs. When I questioned it, I was told they haven't been... unloaded from the truck. 2 days, 2 different McDonalds, same story. Read more
