I have been going to this pizza hut for a very long time grew up around here. This pizza hut keeps doing down hill. They keep... cutting ingredients on pizza. Its just not the same quality that it used to be and it shows Last time I ordered was bonelesswings and salad. The salad bar hasn't changed only good thing. The wings sucked! Two of my eight wings where basically thincrust coated pieces. The inside just doesn't feel coisy anymore with the new remodel. Service is decent. I'm basically a foodieand the pizza has less sauce and cheese than years ago. Taste has gone down considerably. I'd rather order LIttle Ceasers thenorder another pizza from this establishment again. It's been 4 months since we came to this pizza hut and we ordered 2 med. Pizzas and we FINALLY had a good pizza. I was happy to... get a good one because this was their last chance. It was good so we will go back to kendallville pizza hut until we get a badpizza. Read more
It depends on the day for me. Some days I love the pizza there, but sometimes their pizzas are too strong for my liking and not... particularly the nicest looking. They?re good no doubt, but the quality isn?t as good as it should be, and customer service isincredibly inconsistent. Sometimes we don?t get the best customer service for what we?re paying. Read more

This particular Pizza Hut restuarant has always met or exceeded my expectations. In fact, they've set a rather high standard... that some other locations don't quite live up to. (I've had some pretty bad experiences while traveling.) They're always verypolite and professional here. In the off chance that something isn't quite right, they gladly make it so without hesitation.
