Emily the manager is a waste of company money. Refusing to take a customer order just one minute prior to opening and as the... time turned to opening the manager still refuses to take an order bc she said her drive thru timer was messed up now bc shewouldn't take an order. Hire quality people who care about the job and less about looking good for corporate. Corporate caresabout the customer voice and opinion not how well you can keep a timer down by refusing service to your paying customers thatput a check in your fat knuckles at the end of two weeks. Then they want to threaten to call the cops on their customers forharassment bc they refuse to give out the corporate number so they don't get a bad call on them and now i get the pleasure oftalking to her boss and let him pull it all up on camera and see her waste of management team is straight garbage people. Usually forget something! Tonight, 08-17-2922, I was told they were too busy to take my order, I had to order with the kiosk.... The very next people in line had their large order taken by someone...there were 2 people in my party, 4-5 in the other. Noreceipt from kiosk, then told that they don't know how to get to the kiosk orders from the register and I just wasn't getting areceipt. These people are only getting worse! Double meat burrito? A roommate of mine had gotten supper for us and when he ordered and got his burritos their was special instructions to have no... other veggies on them but they still put jalapeños on it and did not explain to him that their would be jalapeños on it. Whenhe called to tell them they screwed up on the order, they told him since he ordered those specific burritos that what he got.I'm very disappointed in the service this taco bell has given. The customer service that this restaurant produce is way belowsub par. I will not recommend this to any of my friends or family. Read more

Learn how to do your job right. Make sure our orders are right. It's so annoying spending lots of money to just throw away once... you're home cause your employees are dumb. How hard is it to double check your orders? Do your job right or don't work!!!!!!!When you try calling no one wants to answer. Or they expect you to come back to the store. Some people don't have the money tocome back to the store and you're not going to pay for our gas. It's just really sad that you all can't check the food orders. Read more

Its hard for me to understand that when an item is ordered but not delivered on Doordash that a credit wouldn't follow. I... understand that things happen or something might not be available, but multiple times I have had items wrong or not delivered,but first time I have asked for a credit and yet nothing has been offered from your end.
