I am done with this store..last few times over summer and just tonight. Food is burnt and luke warm like it has been sitting, ... sandwich made wrong like missing things, order wrong, slow service. We stopped in twice, both in the evenings, each time was told that it would be at least 20 minutes for a drive thru order. They... claimed they didn't have a cook, yet there was 5 plus people leaning on the counter doing nothing. The place is filthy andsmells like grease. Will not be going back anytime soon. Read more
The cheeseburger was terrible. I always have them plain so there were no condiments to hide the terrible Burger... In addition... the bathroom was filthy. The only positive was that the person person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Thislocation wins the top prize of the worst Wendy's I've ever been in.... And serves the worst food. It has been a very long time since I ate at Wendy's. The only complaint that I have from this visit, is the burgers. Years ago,... I remembered the meat patties always overlapping the bun. Now the bun seems too big, you taste more bread than meat. Read more
Ordered a couple burgers and fries. No one in front of us or behind us. They said to pull forward and wait. So we did. ... Another car came and left with their order. Still sitting. Took almost 15 min to get our food. So much for fast food. Read more
If you want the juicy burger you love to get from Wendy's try a different location. All I've got the last few times have been... dry and not warm enough to melt the cheese. I wanted to think they might get better but it didn't happen. Fries were good andthey didn't mess up my order. Read more
the new girl was very rude and kept cutting me off everytime I was talking. I get some people don't like customer service but... the customers are the most important. I've dedicated 8 years to this industry. I do believe Denise needs to have better trainingwith customer service. Read more
