Ordered online, an hour after ordering and no food. I called to ask about my order and what the late delivery policy is. Would... have loved to cancel my order and get refunded. The man on the phone was rude and stated he sees my order, that they'reextremely busy and they still have time left to deliver my order. If my intentions were to dispute I would not have asked whatwere my options to sort out the delay. Within 10 minutes of my call the food was delivered, with additional attitude from thedelivery driver. Rude service with customers whom were trying to settle it as adults is uncalled for. Read more
Customer service sucks, 2nd time ordering papadia. There?s not meat at all.
This is the best Papa John's I've ever been to - I don't know what their secret is but everything from their specialty pizzas to... the plain ones always taste so good! They don't deliver to me but it's worth the drive every time. They also always call rightaway if they have any questions about the order, and because of that everything has always been perfect. My son wanted pizza so I told him to order, he ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders wings which came up to $88, I call to cancel... because I know they had specials, the manager offered $10 discount, I said no, I want the special, he can, I reorder the special3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings for $48. The worst Papa Johns experience I?ve ever had while dealing with the franchise. The customer service is lacking to say the... least. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have been going to this location for almost 2 years and the guy in charge/owner was the... most pleasant person I've ever seen in any papa johns. He was very professional and food was always fresh. Never had anissue. Well today was a different story. Long story short, the pizza was horrible. The sausage tasted old and disgusting. Thepizza itself just looked bad altogether. It appears they have new management and/or ownership. Didn't recognize any faces inthere today. And that tiny overpriced pizza should've at least been up to par. I will never go back to that location. Read more
My daughter called while I was driving, as she was having trouble with the webpage, and didn't have the app installed. We gave... our order, and got the price, which I immediately suspected was miscalculated. When I got there the owner was very curiousabout us, wanted to know if we were coming back from the shore, lots of probing questions. It was weird, but seemed mostlyfriendly. I asked why the price was so high, as it seemed out of line, and he said minimum wages were going up... I wasn'tconvinced, but needed to leave, so I paid, and left with the pizzas. When I got home I rebuilt the exact same order, and theprice was less than half the price I was charged. When I called back to speak with the owner he said that he could chargewhatever he wanted if I didn't use the app - basically "buyer beware" - and said something about having paid $40 for pizzahimself somewhere. OK... Short story, I was ripped off, and I am fully convinced that he would've charged me quadruple theadvertised price if he could get away with it. Needless to say I will not be back. Read more
Nobody in my house likes the same pizza, so sometimes papa hohns is the best choice with their cheap pie deals.
