We caught the drivethru clerk by surprise ordering 6 two for six meals. But he repeated order to make sure asked us if we wanted... anything else. This is the best fast food place. Not only was the service polite and fast, but the manager walked around and asked the guests... was everything ok, how was your meal. I give them 10 stars. I stopped by the drive thru on Monday night. I got a small fry and a sandwich. The sandwich was good just like I expected. The... fries were cold and hard. Went back the following day to get a refund of over 3 dollars and because I didn't call the nightbefore they would not give it to me. Their policy is that I had to call. No where does it say that. I paid in good faith forgood food. They are supposed to have the owner call me within a few days to discuss this. I had the fries with me along with thereceipt. I only expect what I pay for. It's a real shame that they can't stand behind their product. Read more
