Wow..Talk about entitlement. The lady that works the drive thru is extremely rude and always fills your soda up with ice, to the... point that after 2-3 sips your drink is finished..She tends to have this funky attitude constantly, never wants to give outketchup or condiments EVEN when they're not busy. I'll never return to this location, why would I want to give them my business. Read more

Great for cyclists. They've got bike racks that are mostly intelligently designed. The one criticism that I can give is that... they are too close to each other. Each upsidedown U bike rack should hold 2 bikes each. The way that these are laid out, only 3could fit on them. I really appreciate the inside seating facing out toward the bike rack as seen in my photo. Why do I need tomy bike to be visible while I eat? Because it only takes about 25 seconds for someone with an angle grinder to walk upconfidently and cut my $120 bike lock off with the highest bike lock security rating in the world. Why am I giving 5 starsinstead of 4 stars? Because most places in all of North American are terrible for bike friendliness. Credit where credit is due. Read more
Hello. This is the visit that broke the camel's back. I know there are issues that we can expect, but this is getting... ridiculous. This time we were missing a small curly fry, a sourdough grilled swiss sandwich with no bacon, and a homestyle ranchchicken club without bacon. The bacon ultimate had bacon. They did not include a receipt. I'M JUST SO MAD!!! I have all had somuch trouble with every single order and I'm tired of just dealing with it. FIX THIS!!! Every time I come here they manage to mess something up. Several times I?ve gotten home with my food and the burger is stone... cold. This time they couldn?t even toast the bread on the breakfast sandwich like the picture on the menu. Mind you they aren?tusually busy when I?m in the drive thru so they just have someone lazy working the grill. Read more
