This store specifically is my go-to Jimmy John?s as they typically have freaky fast delivery but 2 weeks ago I had my first poor... experience. I called in to place my delivery like normal, provided my contact info, address and payment over the phone, butafter an hour, I called back to find out they d or delivery address? Even after accepting my payment?? Understandably, it wasprobably very busy and I attributed this as a one-off. The manager was gracious to offer a complimentary cookie, chips, and/orsoft drink, which I obliged to a soda. Shortly after the call, the delivery driver hastily dropped off my food but no soda. WhenI inquired, he stated that it wasn?t on the order so he didn?t bring it. He did offer to go back to the restaurant but with thelack of communication, I didn?t want to risk being charged, especially after waiting 1.5 hours for my order. Now today, 9/262:20pm, I was informed that they no longer deliver to my location after I provided my personal info and confirmed my name,number, and address. When I use the drive through the service is awful, I've had 4 different people at the window andthey all treat me like I'm inconvenienceing them.
