Little contact with servers, with the remote ordering system. The food is the same as always but this time I found that fry's... are not worth $4.10 and the .99 cent burger that is now $2.49. Over priced no matter how you look at it. The floors weredirtier than I have seen in the past. I won't be eating at McDonalds again any time soon. Read more
The Juanita staff was in no way shape or form interested in taking my order at the cash register. If you weren't interested in ... placing your order on the in lobby monitors then you weren't going to place an order, until ... Well I don't know until whenbecause I left without even making an order after waiting about ten minutes watching them serve the drive thru as though thecustomers standing in line to place orders did exist. They suck. Don?t wait for them if you place a pick up order. After 20 mins I had to call the store. They claimed they had come... out to look for me, but I was standing there with a dog waiting (hence why I couldn?t enter) no one had come out.???? I mean Iget it. It?s McDonald?s. This mcdonalds is consistently accurate with orders, and the food is pretty consistently well made. We use the drive-thru 99% of... the time and have been very happy with the convenience and fluidity of getting through and on our way, even at their busiesttimes. Read more
Super visor or manager her/he name is Lilly and she poorly handle drive-thru rude . I was told to move forward because they... missed my order and my oder was 15sec late and that they made the other customers food but mine was forgotten now the guy didn'tcatch his name but he told me to wait 15 sec cus I didn't have to move no longer but Lilly came angry and ask me to move becauseI was holding up the line how did I hold up the line ? Its a mcdonalds, so... meh... dont order breakfast on off hours. I got a sausage egg mcmuffin that the egg tasted like it was... plastic. Iike, literally plastic. Went through drive thru asked for two tartar sauce, with our order. employee assured me they were in bag and they were not.... She stared at sauce which it was overly warm, seemed like she had doubts on its freshness but handed it me anyway. Verydissapointed. , could not eat with my cold ????! Read more
Literally go anywhere else, nuggets are chewy and taste like fish today, Big Mac box covered in grease on the outside, asked for... sweet and sour and a honey mustard, I got 2 bbq sauce. Receipt half illegible and covered in grease because it was shoved in thebag next to the big Mac. I am done with this McDonald's, they have been nothing but terrible, unfortunately the manager has nocontrol over her employees. They treat customers terrible (door dashers also) and have not even the smallest amount of respectfor anyone. Read more
