I ordered a breakfast sandwich and while driving after my interaction with KYLE, I looked down at my bag to cheese strewn all... through the bag, my sandwich touching the inside of the bag, and no napkins. So I returned to the drive thru and asked Kyle 2questions 1) if they still serve napkins and 2) why is my sandwich touching the inside of the bag. He said that if I wanted mysandwich to be wrapped, I need to request it in advance. Is this a Starbucks drive thru or The Bonefish Grill? The napkins? Hegrabbed a few and said "here you go" as though to say 'off you go'. The experience was off putting to say the least. Read more
I ordered an iced latte and received a hot latte. I was polite and said I was sorry but I really wanted iced today. I was asked... if I would be able to take the hot coffee today and I said no I’m sorry I just wanted an iced latte. The barista seemedannoyed because she made a huff sound and poured the coffee out instead of offering it to others. The iced drink that was givento me did not have 3 shots of blonde espresso as it should. It tasted as if it didn’t have any. I felt too uncomfortable toeven ask for a new one. I drank my $8 vanilla flavored almond milk and promised I would warn others. Read more

Big, spacious, friendly people, real Cafe, bathrooms open, actual tables and seating! Not too crowded, but room for most off... peak times. I feel like I've been transported back to a happier time. If you're on the way to Seattle from the north end viaany kind of transit or long drive, just STOP HERE FIRST. You'll be glad you did. Read more
