I have been coming here with my mom for years. Jodie has been an amazing. She has always treated me and my family/friends with... respect. Lively conversation always very delightful to speak with. As I have worked in serving industry I understand sometimespeople are tired after a long days of food/drink service, I would hope no matter what they would still at least try to bepolite. Today I came in around 6:40 and had asked if the stand was still open. I haven?t seen this younger lady before, she wasblonde. Wasn?t wearing a name tag. But she proceeded to tell me that ?Pretty much we are out of everything.? That confused medecided to not order a coffee and just get a strawberry cream frappe. I asked her if there were any shortages or if she hadalready started closing stuff up. (Which I totally understand working in coffee and restaurants you like to start on someclosing duties around that time) she just pretty much ignored me. I paid with my card, but I wanted to possibly get change so Icould leave her cash tip. She rolled her eyes and said ?No we are not customer service.? I didn?t want to give this store a badrating because I have come here for years and this being the first time being treated like this by an of the employees.. And totop it all off, the strawberry cream frappe did not have any flavor except crushed ice and milk. Read more

All the staff at this Starbucks are great workers, they seem like super nice folks and any of them would be a good choice for... being a store manager . You have young and super outgoing professionals and you have Seasoned Experienced Skilled professionalpeople. I Really appreciate how civil and well they communicate with both the customers and other store employees. You have avery good group here and they could be used to build a team around. Read more
Friendly staff, good location, great patio! Very popular - too popular sometimes. What do you do when you drove there hoping to... study or work, but can't find a parking spot? Do you try at another coffee shop, and what if they are also full? Do you waitaround until a spot opens at this one? Do you drive home and walk to a coffee shop - and hope they have seats? Or why not juststay home at that point, and use your Keurig? Read more
