Went to this location a few weeks back and the staff completely reversed my order choices, and when I asked to correct it, they... just took the order to the back and brought it back out. I didn't take my food, but had the shift lead sign my receipt so Icould come get a refund from the manager, everyone was slow and had zero customer service skills, off-putting and kind ofrude. Only after I returned for the 3rd time did I get a refund, (my order was for 36$ cash and I gave them 40 and said keepthe change) I was given a gift card instead. Checked the balance today, and it's ZERO $ Will be in contact with their Franchiseowner, this is crazy. Read more

So disgusted. One star is too many but Google doesn't allow a lesser option. Has the Dept of Health visited lately? Why are... there people in the cooking area wearing tank tops, hair down, sandals, maybe (hopefully?) not even employees? So manyviolations. Food wasn't ready after ordering through their app, employee presented annoyed that we were wondering where theorder was. To top it off - look at this nonsense! Tots added for scale. Read more

Ownership has failed this place. There is no order in the back room, manager sitting outside smoking, employees that are not... properly trained. I can't blame high school students for this, this is on ownership. Took nearly an hour for 3 cars, that's 20mins per customer. And quality of food is way down. This is possibly the worst service I?ve ever had. Many times they miss items on orders so check your bag. The last time I went... there the open sign was on it was around 840 PM (they close at 9). About four people stacked in the drive through with no oneresponding on the intercom. An employee walked back and forth outside several times without saying anything. I've been coming to this place for years, but this might be the last time ever. For the second time in a row, it has taken... nearly HALF AN HOUR to go through the drive-thru. Yeah. Half an hour at a fast food place. If you're struggling with the math,that's an hour of my life I've spent waiting for food from TACO TIME. I'm not normally one to complain, but this is ridiculous.How on earth can tacos and burritos take this long? Oh, and after all that, they forgot the hot sauce. Again. Ugh. I go out of my way to avoid this Taco Time location because they're slow, have poor service, and it's not very clean.... Unfortunately I made the mistake of trying them again today and they of course didn't fail to disappoint. Long wait with veryfew customers, still not clean, and part of my order missing (that of course I didn't notice until I got home). They took 25 minutes to complete our online order, delivered it 15 minutes after the estimated time. Their employees were taking... a lunch break IN THE FOOD PREP AREA when we arrived. Unsanitary, overpriced and terrible customer service. Steer clear. Read more

Ordered a pinto bean burrito and a medium coke. I drive away and take a big sip of what I think is coke and is dr. Pepper and... I?m highly allergic to artificial cherry flavoring then I go back and get my coke. Finally get back to work on my alreadylimited lunch time and my burrito is beef instead of bean.
