I just ordered takeout of 2 italians and a calzone. The calzone was fine, however the Turkey italian and Ham Italian were the... worst subs we have ever received from an Amatos anywhere. The tomatoes were mushy and had an odor. The vegetables were notcrunchy as usual and the bread was old and crusty. It is obvious that these were made with leftovers and vegetables not cutfresh as the sub was made as usuall. If I hadn't paid cash this is an instance where I would dispute a credit card charge. Our first visit. We had the meatball parmesan and an Amato's Classic Italian. The meatball sub was excellent. The Classic was... overloaded with everything they put on it (a first world problem, I know). Tasty but the bread, which is excellent, got toosoggy. Next visit we'll either refine our sub ingredients so it's more manageable or order the "Original Amato's" which is ourfriends' go too. Read more

love kbk amato's! staff are always friendly, they get it right, the place is always clean. organized souls (not me) can order... ahead, and yup they know you. sometimes they even remember your usual. i love the italians! sure wish they'd use the realgreek BOs or kalamatas on them, but that's just me-- and for sure a first world kind of problem. hands-down the best italiansandwich anywhere--always made fresh!! i get extra ham to share with bullie. the salads are awesome too and make a greatgrab-n-go meal on nights like this when you're running on fumes and just can't face that sandwich line. Good food, fast service, nice selection of food items for all tastes. My wife got a wrap and had plenty if fresh ingredients. My... daughter got a pizza which was cooked perfectly. I got the all meat calzone which was delicious and was large enough that I hadenough for leftovers. Read more
