Over priced. They shut the shake machine down before dinner ends. Manager lied to me once and told me they discontinued whip... creme simply because he couldn't be bothered to go out back and Crack a new one. I litterally went back they very next am andthey told me they had a full stock deliverd of whip 2 days prior and there's no way they were out last night. It's not a hugedeal but my person gets the shake more for the whip then the shake so it's frustrating I'm pay 8 dollors for a shake and notgetting out mo ey worth. No vegetarian break options. And way way over priced. It's double the normal menu price here...oh yadid I mention the stop serving normal food at 2 am right when the bars get out . I don't get it but ok Read more
RUDE!! Just totally rude service. The young either teen or early 20s woman server was SO bigoted against me because I am blonde... & caucasion.She rolled her eyes when i walked in. She stood at her register right in front of me and just acted like noone wasstanding right in front of her for at least 3 minutes. After i waited there so long with no other customers around just herpuppsely ignoring me, I asked her if i could please order. She rudely replied, "What do you want"!! I told her, "A large dietplease?" She then rang me up in a real huffy and angry manner and charged me $4.91 for only 1 large diet soda!!! Read more
I?m not a fan of vanilla ice cream. The nice young man taking the orders offered me vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. His... boss gave me plain vanilla and I asked for the chocolate syrup and he told me that they were all out. I took the vanilla and satdown to eat it. In the meantime, a lacrosse team came in they became very busy. The man who took my order came over with acontainer of chocolate syrup for me! It?s the little things. I?m very grateful that he went out of his way to make me happy. Read more
Burger was not cooked. Attempted to get it replaced and was told it was not under done and they would do nothing for me.
They need something other then burger king at this plaza. Not sure how they are still in business. No fountain drinks just water... and they still try charging me for a drink. Also you can't grab a drink from the cooler or they will charge you more on top ofyour tap water! Read more
The food is well, Burger King. I ordered a cheeseburger ????, fries and a drink. Burger tastes more like meat than McDonald's.... Fries are thicker. Self ordering kiosks, though I had no problems ordering through the staff. Wait time was reasonable, it wasbusy. No one was rude behind the counter. Reading other reviews, I guess it's hit or miss if you try to order. Read more
The people are great. It was my son's first time at burger King and the gave him a free pie and juice!
