New to the area and tried the pizza once, it was good and we were looking forward to ordering again! We attempted to order a... second time 40 minutes before close (8:20pm on a Saturday night when they advertise that they close at 9:00pm) and they answeredsaying ?we are closed? and hung up without any explanation. The girl behind the counter taking orders was rude and disrespectful. She had her leg up as she was running the register,... everything in plain view. She used my debit card to scratch her arm. She either couldn't be bothered to acknowledge pleasantriesor she didn't have any manners. Had to repeat my orders a couple times because the radio/TV was blaring in the kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with our pizza. The pizza was cooked properly (not under or over done), the crust was crisp and... tender, and the special order (1/2 plain cheese, 1/2 onions and banana peppers) was executed correctly. The sauce was a bit onthe plain side - not bad, just not anything special. We arrived around 11:30 am and all of the chairs were still upside down onthe tables inside - we had to put them on the floor ourselves. The person who took our order was not unpleasant, but she wasn'toverly enthusiastic either. We did get a "thank you" from the cook as we left. Read more
Customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Totally felt like I was bothering her with my couple of questions and placing my order. Prices... are absolutely way over priced. We got lunch, a reg ch.burger/fries, reg.chic finger/fries and sm. cheese stix and wepaid...$44.+ unbelievable. That's beyond inflation!! ???? ???? I'm a local in the area and I have to say that KHOP is my go to place for pizza. Their pizzas are delicious and they also have a... lot of other menu choices (subs,burgers,etcf). My fiancé enjoys the chicken supreme pizza the most. I recommend the meatballside order as well. KHOP has very quick service even though they are crazy busy. I wish the employees were a little nicer onthe phone when you call in an order for pick up but their pizzas make up for it. Prices are fair. Read more
