I always tip when I eat out. Today I had a small watery acai bowl and the lady who rang me out put in a $5 tip herself without... telling me or showing me. She then swiveled the payment thing around and it asked for a signature. I didn?t even realize, therewas no tip question on the pad for me. I went back to check Live Cafe reviews and see that I?m not the only one they?ve tricked.I would suggest love shack juicery! They?re nice and their bowls are much better in my opinion. Read more
Food is very drab (rice is dry) and they put sour cream on my bowl and that was not advertised on the menu. The woman who... appeared to be one of the managers was rude and I didn't love the way she was talking to the employees. The payment on thescreen automatically sets you to tip 20% which is a bit unfair. The only good thing is can say about this place is the hardkombucha on tap. Would not come back here again. Read more
Nice experience for those looking to munch on something other than fried foods or copious amounts of seafood. A lot of good... options when it comes to Toasts/Bowls/Salads/Burritos. The smoothie selections was pretty good and they were super healthy. Wespent each morning grabbing a smoothie before heading to the beach. The staff was flexible and even made an adult smoothie formy daughter even though it wasn?t on the menu. Top notch. When they do get busy, they seem to get a tad overwhelmed, but whodoesn?t? We were patient and appreciated good food and drinks. They have indoor and outdoor seating for anyone to enjoy andthey are dog friendly. The hours are great as well. Amazing establishment! Came in for a smoothie on a work trip and received amazing customer service and hospitality. I have an... allergy, they made sure everything was sanitized and separated for me.
