This place is an embarrassment to the McDonald?s brand. The staff is rude and service is very slow. And the food isn?t any... better. They serve mushy burgers and cold fries. When you have a McDonald?s craving, be warned that this place will not satisfyit. Read more
Went around 8-9pm on a Tuesday and was extremely slow, like 20+mins in line just to order slow. Think staff shortage effected... service. There was a lady literally doing orders, window duty, and delivery food for curbside pick up. Even after running arounddoing everything still had a very positive friendly attitude. Horrible service Caitlin was extremely rude. I ordered an iced caramel mocha coffee and waited within a very very slow drive... thru. Whene I finally pulled up, I got a regular iced coffee. I told her it was made wrong, and she insisted that i didn?t orderan iced caramel mocha?. In which I had the mobile order screen to prove it. She argued with me about it and told me she couldn?tmake what I asked for because they didn?t have large kids for the whip cream to go on the cup. Instead of lying to me andmaking it look like ot was my wrong doing, she could?ve at least said that and offered my coffee to be in a medium cup.. butno.. instead she made what she wanted and thought she could get away with giving it to me and me driving off. She was so rudethat I asked her for her name so I could call corporate , and she was rather proud to tell me her full name, and when she I said? oh beautiful.. now I can call district? She said ? I am beautiful? Really ?? Very immature and definitely doesn?t know how toproduce a line with coworkers. Staff was all over the place and needed help from a property manager to lead their employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERY TIME!!!! Honestly the mangers need to train their employees better and... run the store. After sitting at the pick up window for 20 minutes i get my kids happy meals. Now this isn?t the first time it?shappened but a cheese burger plain is not a hamburger. BEWARE RAW MEAT! Just served this pink steak in a breakfast sandwich. Edit* 12/31/20 update your menu to digital. It always... looks trashed and has items listed which aren't available. And clean in front of your pick up window! That is just NASTY!12/3/21 I wish I could report that this place has improved, it hasn't, it's still the jankiest McDonalds in Maine. The drivethrough can be completely empty and they will still screw up a one meal order, every single time. Very small compared to other McDonald's. Outside trash cans needed to be serviced, but, the inside was in good shape. Completed... orders brought to the patrons who dined inside. Door dash delivery and Wifi available. The food is, well, McDonald's. Orderingkiosk inside. Good amount of parking. Read more
