Doesn?t accept Starbucks points or to pay using starbucks card

Avoid this store!! Ordered iced Matcha Latte and it tasted nothing like you get from other store. I knew it?s wrong when I saw... it. Color is way too white and tasted like diluted matcha powder water. People worked there looked unhappy and cold. Didn?tbother to ask them to make another one as I doubt they could make it right. When I go to Starbucks I never order an espresso drink because it?s faster to get a drip coffee. The person taking your money... just pours your coffee. Not at this one! The person taking my money just sat to the side. I asked her if she could pour mycoffee. No she couldn?t because there are other people in front of me. They were ordering an espresso drink however! I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews. This morning I ordered two Matcha Lattes, typically Lattes are hot.. yes. I did not... ask for Ice, I did not ask for a Frappe. This is in the Southbound service area in Kennebunk ME on I-95. While I always enjoy a cup of coffee, the Starbucks here has not... been operating at all since the summer, I suppose because the income wasn't worth opening, leaving all travelers to get coffeeat a Burger King. Ugh! But on Monday at about 11 AM, it was open but many new hires were being trained on the job. 6-7 workerswere being trained by 1-2 others, and it took a full half hour to get to the order counter. Then even though I just ordered aplain cup of coffee, I watched workers walking around not doing anything, no one was pouring a cup of coffee.
