The location and the service is definitely 5 stars but the food was just okay. We both had the lazy lobster (pulled for us) and... it was sadly over cooked. Luckily, there was plenty of butter but was a tad disappointed in my first Maine lobster. The greenbeans and mashed potatoes that came with it were tasty and we still had a lovely time. We loved this place! Our table was right on the water, as the photo of the boats suggests. Our server was so kind and prompt,... and checked on us several times to ensure our experience was nice. She added so much value to our dining. The swordfish wasdelicious, served with butternut squash and mashed potatoes. I had the shrimp scampi and a perfect blueberry Martini tocompliment the meal. The drinks were very good. Our waitress was incredibly polite, and the place had beautiful ambiance. Would be a phenomenal place... to take a date, or celebrate an anniversary. There's a beautiful fireplace in the main dining room that makes it feel warm andinviting inside. We had the calamari for an appetizer and I had the Delmonico which was cooked perfectly. I think my onlydisappointment was that my food could have stood to be warmer, it was barely warm enough to melt the garlic butter on top of mysteak, but it was delicious nonetheless. Read more

A perfect first-ever dining experience in Kennebunkport! Featuring a beautiful view of the surrounding marinas on the Kennebunk... River, the Arundel Wharf offered a diversity of menu selections, expeditious and knowledgeable customer service, and a greatlocation on Ocean Avenue.
