I'd give this location 0 stars if I could. I got there an hour before closing time and asked for fresh food for my order. I get... home and my food was barely even warm, dry and tasteless. Upon looking at the boxes I see a ticket for a mobile order that wasplaced almost 2 hours ago. I wasn't given fresh food upon request, but instead given food that had been sitting there for almost2 hours. Incompetent staff and poor quality. I don't recommend this location to anyone. Read more

I wish I could post a picture of the deep dish I ordered. It looked sloppy and thrown together. Also, what's the point of... tipping of the driver doesn't honor your request to ring your bell and hand it to you? Place sucks a$$. Idk who?s cutting the pizza. Never a manager. Kids are running the place. Pizza never cooked correctly. There... was spots on the pizza that didn?t even have cheese. Drowned in pizza sauce. The way the pizzas are cut is a complete joke, Icould not even serve even portions to everyone. I got a pizza, crazy bread and sauce. This is a picture of the sauce that cost $1.50. It has less than 3 TBS. The pizza had... minimal sauce and toppings. I guess this will be our last visit. Read more

Impenetrable Incompetence. Unsafe food. Ordered a deep dish online. Email said it was done at 6:20PM, I walked in and picked it... up at 6:21PM. When I got home I found the crust was just dough (unfit for human consumption?). I called the ?manager? whichtakes a loooooong time on hold for them to pick up. First, he tried to blame me for waiting too long to pick up the pizza. Icalled him on that nonsense. Regardless, the dough was never cooked, it was legit dough. I asked him for a refund; he said no. Iasked for some resolution; he said no. I asked if there was someone else there I could talk to; he said nobody but him. He saidI could call back tomorrow. I asked who tomorrow I could talk to; he said him. I asked why would I call back tomorrow only tohave the same guy with no resolutions answer the phone? He had no answer. I asked what about Monday? He said he was the onlymanager all week. Read the reviews for this place for the last year. They are almost all 1-2 stars. This is a place that needsto go out of business. Should you be so unfortunate to have been fooled into buying a deep dish from this place: pre heat yourhome oven to 375 and continue baking it for 9-10 minutes.
