Placed a take out order for $87.00. Got home to realize something was missing. When I called, I was told just come get it. So... now my husband had to leave his food home to get cold, to go get the rest of my daughters food. When he got there to pick upthe missing food, we were accused of lying. Number one my husband would not want to leave his $16.00 meal to get cold. Number2 , waste gas to go all the way back just to pick up a $2.99 mac & cheese. What the guy thought was mac & cheese, was my sons5 pc. Boneless wings. Needless to say, my husband had cold food, was called a liar, and the guy straight said they not sorryand we are welcome. Such a wonderful vibe and atmosphere at this Applebee's location. Been coming here for years. The service is always on point... and beyond. Really has to be the best big franchise commercial chain restaurant, and this is a great one. Bartender had such an easy way... about him but was attentive. Food was fresh, everything tasty, and the food runner that brought our apps out was sweet andhilarious. I can't recommend their bowls highly enough but was not a fan of their burger quesadilla. Ordered Uber eats and the food was okay but less than warm but it was still good. Brownie was really hard and I couldn?t cut it... with a knife or bite it???? chips were on the salty side. My kids wanted Applebee?s for lunch and we were seated right away.The place was clean and food was delicious and hot. We all enjoyed it and all had leftovers for dinner???? Irritated from anevent right before I had 45 minutes to kill and ended up here. So glad I did because Kayla was my waitress and took me fromreally annoyed to in a great mood just by her great spirit! She saved the day and fed me???? food was delicious and service waseven better! When stopping here ask for Kayla and you will NOT regret!!! She made me forget I was mad ???? Took my kids herelast night for a snack before their game and while they were short staffed as everyone else is, they let us know right away andhad us seated in 10 minutes. Our server Corey was clearly busy as he was running back and forth from table to table making sureeveryone was taken care of, he came over immediately after we sat to let us know he would be right with us. Late lunch. The location appeared to be clean. The waitress was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. The food had good... presentation. I never really cared for the way Applebee?s food taste. It wasn?t bad but it?s definitely not at the top of mylist. I would return to this location but it would not be my first choice only because I don?t care for the food that much. Read more
asked for medium well steak. Steak was still pink. I sent it back it was put on the grill and it tasted burnt so I sent it back.... I got bone in wings in place. We paid and got a to go box. As we are walking out a black female worker approaches us (maybe themanager) asking about boneless wings and that we have to pay. The server was great but the lady has to be delusional.
