We came to this Chic Fil A for breakfast on 9/19 and it was so refreshing to go to a Chic Fil A and actually get great customer... service. Lately, it?s like any one we go to we?ve been getting popeyes or McDonald?s quality customer service but here wascompletely different. Kai (I hope I?m spelling it right) was sooo sweet and awesome! Customer service is always on point and they put everything you ask for in the bag! The guy taking orders in the drive thru... this morning was awesome,in a great mood and asked if I wanted cheese on my chicken biscuit ???? Not a great experience here. Waited over 15 min for food after ordering and then went to enjoy our large fruit cup to find it... barely half full. Sorry CFA but you lowered the bar today. Read more
If I could honestly give this place a 0 I would. Out of all food places chick fil a is my favorite. But this location has to be... by far the worst. Countless times I order from this location giving them an opportunity to better its self. Yet it seems it hasgone from bad to worse every time. I order the same thing every time and it never fails that I receive my order wrong. It?s notfair for me to wait more than 20 minutes in curbside to get my order wrong and have to waste my time and gas expecting this.Also did not receive straws with the drinks and instead of placing my order in a plastic bag to avoid it getting wet i received my order all wet from the rain as well as cold. The service was fast...but for me, the food experience wasn't that great this time around. And I know it's not the norm, but I... went twice. First time my fries weren't full.
