The absolute worst Chic-fil-A ever. Traveling back to Atlanta I decided to stop by and grab some nuggets. They are the most ugly... attitudes, non- friendly, disrespectful, no smiles or greeting, sad, employees I have came across thus far. I rather starvebefore I spend my money there again. Definitely missed the mark of signature chick-fil-a friendly service. Cashier not friendly at all, dry didnt greet me just " can... I take your order". Fries were sitting when I walked up so they were not fresh I didnt eat many. The chicken sandwich appearedto be rewarmed & soggy, mushy in the center. Best and fastest restaurant in the airport. I usually don't go to chains I frequent outside of airports because it can ruin the... chain, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I found the food and service to be up to the standards of thechain. There is no dedicated seating so be sure to have an idea of where you want to eat after you receive your order. Read more

On 8/12/2022 I ordered chicken minis, got to my seat and realized they gave a chicken biscuit. I went to get my order corrected... and the lady rolled her eyes, didn?t say anything and just brought back my chicken minis. The first girl who took my order andthe lady who corrected it for me had HORRIBLE customer service. I was shocked, coming from Chic-fil-a. Also, they wouldn?t letme use my app, or redeem my points. They got my name and my order wrong. They also don?t serve eggs. So only plain chicken, bacon, or sausage biscuits are... available. But at the same time they weren?t charging marked up airport prices, it was cheap for an airport, but that?s the onlybenefit. Read more

Horrible food quality at breakfast: the chick fillet biscuit was so dry, the biscuit literally crumbled in my hand, the coffee... tasted pretty old even though I ordered it at 6 in the morning when you expect a fresh brew. Total waste of $7. Read more

Employees were so rude. The gentleman in front of me was literally yelled at when ordering because he couldn?t hear the employee... from behind the glass while she wore her mask and spoke at a low volume. My food was kind of warm and only one person behind thecounter seemed pleasant. The employee taking my order rolled her eyes when I asked for more than 1 sauce. Read more

The service is horrible and the employees are incredibly disorganized. I walked up to the register and the employee requested... that I hit the cancel button because a previous customer started to order. I hit the red button and she began to take my order.After I paid she handed me my receipt. She never asked me my name. I then stood in the order pickup area as the employees stoodaround looking. One began to make hisself a drink. They proceed to give food to everyone that ordered after me. I stated that Istill didn?t have my food. The asked what my order was. One of the stated that her order is under the previous customer?s nametoo. So then she proceeds to pack another order and I stated that wasn?t what I asked for. She rudely stated ?that?s not foryou!? And another employee stated ?someone else has your food. She called your name you should?ve been listening.? But shedidn?t call my name. She called the other customer?s name. So she gave the food to the wrong person and had the nerve to be rudeto me because she didn?t close out the previous customer correctly. Never again! Read more
