Rarely do I ever give bad reviews because of the hard working people in the restaurant business and the sometimes low reward.... However I have been to this Chili's several times and each time I walk away at how you and other customers are treated. Theactual ignore you even when the seats are empty. You actually have to flag them down to order something or get your check orthey ignore you. I really don't think these people behind the counter actual like people. The fact that it's an airportrestaurant makes no difference. I've been to some of the best restaurants in airports when it comes to service and foodquality. That being said, the food was good. Had no problem with the food and the time it took to come out. Even ordered whilethey were going through a kitchen health inspection. Read more
No cups of water, they just try to charge you $3.70 for a bottle of water. And then we tried to order the sampler and they told... us we couldn't, but we could order an appetizer and a whole entree separately. What a scam. Bunch of crooks. Read more
Waited 20 minutes just to be greeted. Once greeted was told they could only serve Southwest Eggrolls and Chicken Crispers.... Ordered an appetizer consisting of these two exact items (the Tripple Dipper w/egg rolls and 2 orders of crispers) to be toldthey couldn't serve this appetizer as it wasn't specifically eggrolls or crispers. Manager came out and upon explaining my orderhe stated he would "allow" us to order that, then proceeded to explain that the reason for the reduced menu was his cookscouldn't keep up with the small rush as "this generation just won't work any harder". Waited another 10 minutes to place ourorder after getting "approval" from the manager, but the server never can back. Finally just went somewhere else. Read more
I didn't have high expectations and figured it may be expensive for an airport. But $23 for a cheap glass of wine, that wasn't... listed on their menu. A menu of which had an average of $12 for the same glass. Response from bartender was it was an outdatedmenu... Apparently it's my job to guess their prices are wrong when I see them. Read more
I am highly upset, I order an just bacon burger with cheese. Including, an side of fries and ranch. Therefore, Chili?s gave me... the entirely wrong burger. However, they provide me with an fiesta burger such as corn, onions, and peppers. This is my lasttime coming to chili?s in the New Orleans airport. Stay far away from this place. Mostly importantly, they need to do betterwith their customer service. Read more
The only reason this restaurant has customers is due to the other restaurants at the airport suck as well. The food was... disgusting, I stood at the bar for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged. I then saw the server who was getting a drink and askedhim how to I go about be served, maybe I was wearing an invisibility cloak. He did take my order, however the food quality ishorrible. These are not the same dishes in the restaurant outside of the airport. All in all go elsewhere. Read more
Waited in the takeout line for over 40 minutes. It probably would have been longer if the 3 people ahead of me didn't back out... from frustration. Mind you the entire line front to back was less than 10 people. When I got to the front of it and to thecounter I was ignored for an additional 15 minutes. I eventually just left so I wouldn't miss my flight. There was only oneworker in that place doing 5 different jobs at once while all the other workers were lackadaisically doing small jobs likewiping down random things etc. I will also mention during all of this time that I waited, a couple sat down at the bar and wasserved and they were already eating....I was waiting in that line way before they even sat down. Don't go here it's a waste oftime, because chances are that even if you sit down and get served at a timely manner, the laziness of the other employees willshow in your foods preparation and who knows how many corners they will cut in regards to cleanliness. Flew out yesterday afternoon and sat down to eat. I had one of the best experiences from a server named Irina. She helped me... using the QR code thingy and was very polite and professional. My food was very good and she was always attentive to my refillsand making sure I was ok. She made flying out of Nawlins a little more bearable! Read more
