Food was pretty good. My main complaint would be that the fish had a very strong taste. We had the blackened trio and the... seafood platter. The crab and corn bisque was great so We brought 2 orders of it home. Sorry I didn't take pics. Read more

We had the spinach artichoke dip and that was so good they serve it with pasta which sounds weird but is wonderful. We also had... the blackened plate and that was great too then we had the rum sauced bread pudding which was my favorite. Our waitress was veryattentive. We had a wonderful time we will definitely be back Read more

I was disappointed that a NOLA restaurant that serves shrimp and grits only offered it for lunch. The gulf shrimp were salad... shrimp and the crab cake was more bread filler and seasoning than crab. The service was good. Charlotte was very attentive andsweet, even though the food was lackluster. I'm one and done ?! Read more

Crab beignets were incredible! Lightly battered, seasoned crab filling. My crawfish ravioli had a light smoky cheese filling... that wasn't too-overly- rich, topped with fresh sauteed crawfish in a light creamy sauce. My niece said the Copeland burger withtiger sauce and pickled zucchini on a croissant was delicious! Dessert was their trademark bananas foster. It was good butbananas tasted a tiny bit overripe. The Copeland margarita was tasty but tasted like juice and was watery. Read more

Ok.... soooo, We had a few choices of restaurants for steak which we had a craving for. ...its new years day so let's pick a... spot we haven't been to in years(side note: we stopped coming because the quality AND quantity had diminished since the early2000s when we 1st started frequenting copelands) Spinach and Artichoke dip: dry no creaminess at all. A clump of spinach and drycheese. So much so that we had to use a fork to scoop it on to the bowtie pasta(which was fried perfectly)usually the dip iscreamy and gooey. The STEAK was HORRIBLE. 1st of all i doubt it was a ribeye. It tasted very IRONY. It was tough.. and it wasNOT worth $35 for supposedly 10oz. I think we got bamboozled on this. (Refer to the pic) The baked potato was big and it wasvery good.. The crash and burn was awesome. Loved it! Our server Juan was the most dry and unconcerned server we ever had. Notunprofessional...just answers in one word and does the bare minimum. We usually tip no less than $40 at nicer places. He gotwhat he gave. The bare minimum. It appears that the greatness created by AL Copeland is gone never to return... much like us. Read more

Stopped in for lunch, no wait for a table. The crab stuffed beignets and the brownie deluxe a la mode were the best! The... crabcakes with shrimp alfredo pasta was good but a bit on the dry side. The service wasn't great. I was seated immediatelyand placed a drink order but took 20 minutes to get drinks then the server said he had forgotten. When food was delivered theserver forgot to bring silverware so waited a few minutes for it. I will go back because I usually get great service and goodfood. Read more
