I only have one question. How is that lady a store manager? With a manager like that no wonder the store is a mess. The manager... is very unprofessional very rude and dirty. I?m not a rude person nor am I friendly but I?m very respectful until you disrespectme. I hate to call out her race because I love my brown sisters and brothers but that Hispanic manager that works there doesn?treally need to be employed in any job dealing with customer service period. While I didn't appreciate the tight squeeze around the delivery truck and parked cars virtually block all paths into the... parking lot the young man working the drive-thru was very professional, polite,and pleasant, especially being 7:25 AM. This location is awesome..I do not eat McDonald's..for years I have not tried it..but my son loves it..I did the Nugget bundle... with him about two months ago..and now I can't stop.. only this location, we did the other one literally 3 minutes from my houseon Airline and David Dr...disgusting and customer service is horrible .not this one..it felt like I was at a Chick-fil-A..lol... People at drive-up always nice. Also like their prices. Wish they had salads.
System always down, unkept, staff constantly screaming at each other "eff you," "get out of my face," etc. Every order takes... forever. Read more
They never let me use my mobile app for coupons, always has a attitude. They mess my order up everytime I go there.
Good was good. Drinks were good when we finally got them. But the service was so rude. Why would four speciality drinks come... before a normal cup of coffee. Got everything else but the normal coffee and when politely asked about the coffee the woman wasextremely rude and then purposely took longer way after we were done with our food. The tables were greasy in some areas andsticky in other parts. At this time I would not recommend star bucks. We didn't even get a free coffee or discount for theinconveniences. I personally really like this McDonald's they're fast,(even though they're swamped) and The GM is superior in her work.
