BEWARE So originally this would have been a pretty high review like a 4 star review... but the craziness that ensued was... actually comical. So first time around we ordered coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. No issues, only thing was thatthey toasted the bagel and gave us a little travel thing of cream cheese to spread on the bagel ourselves not the end of theworld. After we ate we decided to go back and get a muffin to take onto the plane. We got back in line and literally the oneemployee that was working the place literally threw her hands up and went "We're closed, my shift is over, we're closed!" anddipped. Literally leaving a line of customers confused. A bunch of people left but we waited 10 mins until a new employee showedup to start taking orders. Refused to make me a latte at 5:30 because they were closing at 6pm. I was told I could only get drip coffee.
Terrible customer service - rude. Employee standing around, not taking customer order until we have to ask. Also Why have it... on the menu if you don?t serve latte or other express coffee? Just weak drip coffee. Don?t even have half n half - powderedcreamers. Read more
There is plenty of space to sit and hang out while awaiting your delayed flight. I only got a drink. It'll do if you're thirsty... but don't expect too much in the way of amazing quality or customer service. In addition to their drink menu, they have a smallselection of muffins and breakfast sandwiches. If it matters I came at noon. Read more
