I waited for a half hour, it was fine they were busy and I had time before my flight. I finally get up to the register and the... cashier just stops taking orders in just stands there complaining for 10 minutes. Super slow. They seem to have no thought that people might have a plane to catch lol. You might see a short line and think... you're good but with 3 people in front of me, it still took over 20 minutes to get food. Also, don't just look at the line atthe register, they take your order and money fast, the wait is later. Read more
This was my first time trying Shake Shack cause we don't have one where I'm from. The fries with the cheese sauce were good,... but I felt like the burger was undercooked. If it were cooked to perfection, I would've given this place 5 stars. The wait timewas long since it's inside the airport which is understandable and no one complained. I like the packaging also. My wife and had a delicious lunch at Shake Shack. The burger, fries, and chicken sandwich were made fresh. Translation: we... waited a bit. But it was worth the wait. Cost is less by half compared to other eateries at MSY. Read more
Extremely disappointed by the food and service here. Went here on 11/28 at dinner time. My chicken sandwich was made sloppily... with a significant overage of their mayonnaise. It was thrown together with no care whatsoever. The fries tasted like they hadbeen sitting for hours and were cold. The workers there were very rude and were more interested in talking amongst themselvesthan taking care of customers. I would never recommend this place. Just a huge disappointment. Worst customer service I've everexperienced. Not worth almost $14 for a sandwich and fries. Read more
