Food was hot , correct all I can ask for. Waited literally less then 2 minutes , just put ketchup in the bag next time.
I love this Sonic right here is not too far away from my home the people there are just the sweetest people I give tips every... time I go there because I appreciate the hard work that they do everyday knowing they have to deal with different attitudes withpeople constantly but they still keep a very professional attitude very pleasant the food is always delicious from the drinks tothe food I love going there I would recommend this Sonic to anyone it's just a nice atmosphere of people and whatnot the food isdelicious always hot fresh I will come back again Read more
Was visiting New Orleans and had a Hotel room for the weekend and visited this Sonic that Friday night when I got into town they... told me it would be 17 mins before they would be taking anymore orders sat there about 15 minutes and they hadn't taken my orderyet and when I asked and employee a man came over the speaker and said that they were closed so I returned that Saturday satthere after pressing the button about 30 minutes after asking and employee again why haven't anyone taken my order she said thatshe would check and finally someone came to the speaker to take my order. Waited initially over 5 minutes for someone to answer. Then was told it would be 17 minutes before they could take orders again.... We started noticing other vehicles that arrived after us were placing orders. The lady had turned our red button off. Wellanother long extended wait for someone to answer the red button. Me and my friend went to get food ,had 3 online orders ,we waited on our food for ab 20 min everyone was standing around outside... talking and vaping then one lady brings one of our drinks then 5 min later someone brings my food and drink with no straw andthen 10 min later my friend gets her food but no drink. Location was extremely packed but it didn't help that almost half of the spaces were taped off with caution tape. Had a very... long wait. Pushed the button to place order and waited til it cut itself off and no one ever answered. My husband went to thedoor and someone finally took our order. Wanted to get breakfast for my kids this morning but I really wasn?t in a breakfast mood so stopped at sonic good thing because... the kids didn?t seem to want breakfast food either. After ordering a ton of food, food came out really fast only thing was theyforgot my cheese sauce for the pretzels I ordered???? so I pressed the button and asked for the cheese sauce. So glad theyforgot it because my cheese sauce came out with a lady on roller skates ???? and I loved it ???? customer service was great andfood came out hot. Look, the food is always good. (Better than the other Sonics in the area) But EVERY morning they have the same problem. They... open for 7a but the "system is down" until after 8. Sometimes not coming back on until 9. I wish they would just advertise asopening later. Read more
