Visited twice, once on the way into New Orleans and once on the way out. Quick service both times, they accepted credit cards,... and they have carrying containers to take multiple drinks. Overall good experience, particularly for an airport location. Read more
Incredible lines. 30 deep at 5:30am and I didn?t get up to the counter until 6:15am. Don?t think it?s a fault of the workers,... it?s just a busy location. Try to avoid. Read more

I ordered a java chip frap with almond milk and no whip. I can't tolerate dairy, so I watch very closely when it's being made.... First they put whip at the bottom of the cup like they do for the mocha cookie crumble. And then she called over someone elseand they just dumped it back inside the blender and blended up all of it together like I wouldn't notice. Then she poured it inthe cup and put whip on the top... So I said when she handed it to me that it says no whip. So she took it back and scraped itoff the top and handed it back. Clearly the employees are not trained in allergies... Especially dairy.. and I pay extra foralternate milks. This is unacceptable. I had a flight to catch, so I didn't have time to argue about it. This is the most poorly ran store I've ever been too! At 8am the line was 30 people long. They have 1 person running the... register who ALSO makes all the food, drip coffee and tea. 1 person making all other drinks. And 2 people standing arounddoing nothing. Also, they do not have iced coffee. Food wasn't even warmed all the way, cold eggs are nasty. Go elsewhere! Read more
