Terrible service. Ladies behind the counter were rude and short with customers. No bagels were out and they were out of paninis.... While waiting to board my plane on 7/4 for the 2nd time in a week at NEW ORLEANS INTERNATIONAL (MSY) I purchased a bagel on 6/28... and the staff was annoyed at the fact that they were even at work and pretty much argued with me over my choice . Which was aneverything bagel which I guess they don?t have . This morning it was a straight up ?WE AINT OPEN!? They told me they wereopening at 7:30 . As a restaurant owner myself I understand that it?s hard to find staff or good staff for that matter. But thiskiosk is in the Airport where 1,000s of people a day see your business if they eat there or not. . Why do these girls insist onworking for this place if they hate it so damn much. When I went next door to purchase a breakfast sandwich I thanked the ladyfor being nice. I told her how rude the girls were next door & she said ? oh I hear that every morning ? .
